Job Description:

As a Quality Analyst at Agnito Technologies, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards for our products and services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts to identify issues, design test plans, and execute test cases to ensure that we deliver reliable and scalable solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications to identify defects, ensure functionality, and validate user requirements.

- Test Planning: Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and design specifications.

- Bug Tracking: Identify, document, and prioritize defects and issues. Track them through resolution and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

- Collaboration: Work closely with development and product teams to review requirements, and clarify functional and technical specifications.

- Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, QTP, or other industry-standard automation frameworks.

- Performance Testing: Conduct performance and stress testing to ensure the robustness and scalability of applications.

- Continuous Improvement: Proactively contribute to the enhancement of test processes, frameworks, and tools.

- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for test processes, results, and reports for compliance and future reference.

- Regression Testing: Execute regression tests and ensure that new software updates do not affect existing functionalities.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing within the IT/software industry.

- Testing Tools: Proficiency in using test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) and test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium).

- Knowledge: Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and various testing methodologies (Manual, Automation, Performance, Regression, UAT).

- Attention to Detail: Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for identifying potential issues and defects.

- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work independently when required.

- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with database testing (SQL queries) and an understanding of programming concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git).

- Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter).

- Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Pay: ₹600,000.00 per year
