Job Mode: Remote, 4 hrs overlap with PST time zone

Location: India

-Lead the transition from the existing QA team, ensuring knowledge retention and minimal disruption.

- Define and drive test automation strategy aligned with the application and business needs.

- Oversee the completion and stabilization of the test automation framework (using a combination of tools like Python, Pytest, Playwright, Requests or Boto3).

- Ensure automation scripts remain stable amid UI changes and functional updates.

- Provide leadership in integrating AI-driven testing methodologies.

- Actively participate in project meetings, sprint planning, and release discussions.

- Ensure test automation is fully integrated into the release pipeline.

- Proactively communicate test status, risks, and blockers to stakeholders

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
