Senior Python Django Developer

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Django Developer to join our team in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python and Django development, combined with expertise in software troubleshooting. This role requires an individual who can deliver robust solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Development and Maintenance:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using Python and the Django framework.
• Build and optimize scalable backend solutions for various applications.
• Software Troubleshooting:
• Identify, analyze, and resolve software bugs and performance issues.
• Conduct debugging sessions and implement solutions promptly to minimize downtime.

Integration and APIs:

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to connect applications with third-party services.
• Ensure secure and efficient data handling in the application’s backend.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers and designers, to ensure seamless integration.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as required.

Documentation and Best Practices:

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, workflows, and troubleshooting steps.
• Follow coding standards and industry best practices for software development.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python and Django development.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and the Django framework.
• Strong understanding of database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.

Problem-Solving:

• Exceptional troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and implement effective solutions.

Salary: ?3,00,000 – ?5,00,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications
