Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Python Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in web frameworks and scripting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of small-scale projects while ensuring best coding practices and software quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Python-based applications.

• Write modular, reusable, and efficient code while following coding standards.

• Work with web frameworks (such as Django or Flask) to build and maintain web applications.

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs as needed.

• Automate deployments, integrate CI/CD pipelines and perform manual deployments when required.

• Create and maintain technical documentation.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best software development practices.

• Share knowledge within the team and actively contribute to the code review process.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PMs, TLs, and clients, to communicate updates and improvements.

• Conduct continuous research and learning to evaluate and implement new technologies for optimizing development efficiency.

Required Skills

• Python (3+ years) – Hands-on experience in web frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).

• Database Management – Oracle.

• API Development & Testing – Pytest, Postman, RESTful API.

• CI/CD & Automation – Experience with integrating deployment pipelines.

• Scripting & Automation – Proficiency in writing Python scripts.

• Communication – Strong understanding of the 5 W's of communication (Who, What, When, Where, Why).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,588,590.90 - ₹2,010,556.95 per year
