MentTech is looking for an experienced Python Developer with 4+ years of expertise in backend development. This role requires proficiency in Django or Flask, along with a strong understanding of databases, APIs, and scalable architectures. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Python (Django/Flask).
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless integrations.
• Work with SQL & NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Optimize application performance, ensuring security and scalability.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other teams.
• Implement best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to improve system efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ 4+ years of professional experience in Python development.
✔ Strong expertise in Django or Flask framework.
✔ Experience with database management (SQL & NoSQL).
✔ Hands-on knowledge of RESTful APIs, cloud platforms, and microservices.
✔ Proficiency in Git and version control workflows.
✔ Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
