Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer with expertise in the Django framework and strong leadership skills to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications while leading a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using Python and Django.
• Design and implement scalable and efficient backend architectures.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring code quality and best practices.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless applications.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure security and data protection best practices are followed.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and system architecture planning.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Python, Django, and software development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Strong expertise in the Django framework (Django REST Framework is a plus).
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORM frameworks.
• Proficiency in API development, integration, and third-party services.
• Experience in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong leadership qualities with experience in team management.
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and deployment processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker.
