Overview

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Python AI/ML Engineer with 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Indore. As part of our AI/ML division, you will work on cutting-edge machine learning models, data-driven applications, and AI-powered solutions that drive real business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions.
• Work with large datasets to extract insights and improve predictive analytics.
• Build and optimize deep learning and natural language processing (NLP) models.
• Implement and fine-tune models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
• Develop scalable API endpoints using Flask/FastAPI for AI models.
• Collaborate with data engineers to build and maintain data pipelines.
• Optimize model performance, conduct A/B testing, and handle hyperparameter tuning.
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends and research papers.
• Work closely with software engineers and product teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into production.

Required Skills:

✅ Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, etc.).
✅ Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
✅ Expertise in NLP, Computer Vision, or Predictive Modeling.
✅ Knowledge of Flask/FastAPI for serving AI models as APIs.
✅ Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics.
✅ Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for model deployment.
✅ Familiarity with MLOps practices, model versioning, and CI/CD for ML.
✅ Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.).
✅ Understanding of Docker & Kubernetes for containerizing AI applications.

Good to Have:

• Experience in LLMs (Large Language Models) and fine-tuning transformer-based models.
• Hands-on knowledge of GraphQL for AI-driven applications.
• Experience with Reinforcement Learning or Recommendation Systems.
• Familiarity with AutoML tools for rapid model development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
