We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Senior Python Developer with 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience to join our innovative team. As a Senior Python Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of Python applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the architectural design of software solutions. Whom we're looking for

• 3 to 6 years of experience in using Python/Django on Web Scale Backend
• Coding skills in an Object-Oriented programming language
• Database knowledge of MySql and MariaDB
• Design and implement efficient and reusable code.
• Knowledge of version control (git, svn)
• Experience with REST API construction, documentation, and architecture, including API description languages like Swagger
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, addressing performance bottlenecks and system failures.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the documentation of architectural decisions, code, and development processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

We'd be impressed if you also have

• A basic understanding of Frappe Framework and ERPNext
• Comfortable with Linux-based OS and familiar with deployments and infrastructure
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
• Previous involvement in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
