Job Description
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Deep expertise in Python with hands-on experience in large-scale backend development.
- Prior experience working on projects where the backend was fully built in Python, collaborating with large teams (10-20+ developers).
- Strong understanding of scalable Python development practices.
- Proficiency in automated testing in Python; experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) would be a plus.
Must Have Requirements for All Developers:
- Strong communication skills – ability to coach, upskill, and influence others on best practices.
- Ability to guide and influence developers on the “right” way to approach development.
- Quick adaptability – ability to ramp up fast and learn new codebases efficiently.
