Senior Python Developer

Overview

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Python, Django/Flask, REST APIs, and database management. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance applications while ensuring best practices in software development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Python-based web applications using Django or Flask.
• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Write efficient, reusable, and modular code following best practices.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Integrate third-party APIs, libraries, and cloud services.
• Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and Agile development processes.
• Maintain proper documentation for code, architecture, and APIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in Python development.
• Proficiency in Django, Flask, or FastAPI frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of Celery, RabbitMQ, or Kafka for asynchronous task management.
• Experience with Unit Testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Machine Learning and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) is a plus.
• Knowledge of GraphQL APIs.
• Exposure to FastAPI for high-performance applications.
• Understanding of security best practices in web applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,499,762.43 per year
