The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and communication skills to deliver high-quality software solutions in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Implement efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code following best practices and coding
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Work on database design, data modeling, and queries for application development.
- Apply object-oriented programming (OOP) principles for clean and maintainable code.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when needed.
- Troubleshoot and debug existing applications and resolve technical issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3-4 years of professional experience in Python development.
- Proven experience working with IT service-based projects.
- Strong exposure to client communication and requirements gathering.
- Proficient in back-end web development and software architecture.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
