Senior PHP Developer

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and talented PHP Developer to join our dynamic team at Altis Infonet Private Limited. The ideal candidate must be over 3 years of professional experience in PHP development, with a proven ability to handle critical projects and lead a team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using PHP frameworks.
• Lead and manage a team of developers to ensure timely delivery of critical projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Review and write clean, well-designed, and efficient code.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in PHP development.
• Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony).
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Ability to manage and lead a development team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in version control systems (e.g., Git).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices is a plus.
