Senior PHP Developer

Overview

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior PHP Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, ensuring high performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. They must have strong expertise in PHP, frameworks like Laravel or CodeIgniter, and experience with front-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain high-performance PHP applications.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-quality web applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
• Work with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and optimize queries.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other team members.
• Ensure application security, performance, and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in PHP development.
• Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, etc.).
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React, or Angular) is a plus.
• Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Experience with Git version control and collaborative development.
• Strong understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and design patterns.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.) and DevOps tools is a plus.
• Experience with unit testing and automated testing frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Experience in managing high-traffic web applications.

Pay: ₹12,023.85 - ₹48,264.48 per month
