Job Summary

We are looking for a PHP Laravel Developer with Team Lead Experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Laravel, backend development, and API integrations. Additionally, experience in JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular will be an advantage. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring high-quality code, and driving project success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Development & Architecture

Build and maintain high-performance web applications using PHP Laravel.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange.
Write clean, reusable, and optimized PHP code following best practices.
Work with JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React, Angular) for front-end integration.

2. Team Leadership & Collaboration

Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring project milestones are met.
Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and training for team growth.
Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and stakeholders.
Implement agile development processes and sprint planning.

3. System Performance & Security

Optimize MySQL/PostgreSQL queries for better performance.
Implement authentication, authorization, and data security best practices.
Debug and troubleshoot application issues to ensure stability.

4. Continuous Learning & Best Practices

Keep up-to-date with Laravel, PHP, and JavaScript trends.
Follow SOLID principles, OOP, and MVC architecture for scalable applications.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud services for modern development workflows.

Job Requirements

Technical Skills:

✔ 5+ years of experience in PHP Laravel development.
✔ Strong expertise in MySQL/PostgreSQL, database design, and optimization.
✔ Experience with RESTful API development and third-party integrations.
✔ Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React, Angular) is an advantage.
✔ Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, AWS, CI/CD pipelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
