We are seeking an experienced Senior PHP Developer with expertise in building high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of front-end and back-end development technologies, demonstrated experience in creating scalable web architectures, and a proven ability to lead complex projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development: Lead and contribute to the development of robust, scalable, and secure web applications using both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Project Leadership: Oversee and guide junior and mid-level developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, code quality, and project timelines.
• Technical Architecture: Design and implement scalable web architectures that support high traffic and ensure optimal performance.
• API Integration: Work with third-party APIs and integrate them into web applications.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure product quality and vision alignment.
• Code Optimization: Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Testing & Debugging: Develop and maintain unit, integration, and performance tests. Identify and fix bugs to ensure smooth functionality across various platforms.
• Technology Stack Maintenance: Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to the current tech stack to improve efficiency.
• Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, conducting code reviews and ensuring high-quality code output.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in web development.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale projects or development teams.

• Version Control: Strong knowledge of Git and workflows such as GitFlow.
• APIs: Proficient in RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
