Overview
i. The hired manpower shall be required to develop/maintain/ modify/ test/ develop utilities/
generate reports w.r.t. the software/portal/ web application of MoLE.
ii. The IT systems of MoLE are integrated with multiple external systems as email, SMS.
The IT resources need to coordinate with the various service teams in case any
enhancements are required.
iii. Application enhancement and issue resolution, ensure web application availability, bug
fixing, new updates and version overall facility management services.
iv. Enhancement of existing functionalities issued by department by releasing new versions
and development of new functionalities in existing/ new projects.
v. Carryout minor customization of the applications as per the new requirements.
vi. Customization of user interface (UI) and reporting formats and dashboards as per
changing needs of various stakeholders.
vii. Co-ordination with NIC-MoLE team for application availability, application hosting,
testing etc.
viii. Application maintenance including regular backups, troubleshooting, bug fixing etc.
ix. To coordinate with various stakeholders of the project during the contract period.
x. Conduct periodic workshops, training session on new updates.
xi. Conduct testing and UAT from time to time when new features/ functionalities are
released/ added.
xii. Maintaining/ updating the documents on process/ procedures/ user-manuals etc. related to
the activities involved.
xiii. Submit regular progress assessment reports.
xiv. Acts as an interface for all stakeholders as required for support.
xv. Preparation of project monitoring status report/ exceptional reports preparation and
updation of technical and operational documentation with screenshots related to various
tasks carried out.
xvi. Respond to all user queries & issues and support during Security Audit, Safe to host etc.
xvii. Regular presentation and demonstration of the progress to the various Stake holders.
xviii. Issue fixing in MIS reports, visualization, graphs/ charts etc.
xix. Integrating new processes / modules with existing software and hosting contents on
public domain of website.
xx. Any other support and software development work as and when required.
