
Overview
Solid experience with AWS environments, including performance testing in cloud-based infrastructures and using AWS monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch).
Proficiency in performance testing tools such as Blazemeter, JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools for simulating traffic, load, and stress testing.
Experience in performance testing on Pega BPM and business process automation platforms, ensuring that workflows are efficient and scalable.
Strong experience with Rest API/Java Microservices platforms, performing performance testing on frontend applications and ensuring optimal user experience.
Ability to analyze system performance at the application, server, and database level, identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvements.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating performance testing into automated build and deployment workflows.
Experience with APIs, microservices, and database performance testing.
Understanding of distributed systems and testing at scale, ensuring performance under varying loads.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and address complex performance issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement performance optimization recommendations.
Ability to lead, mentor, and guide junior QA engineers in performance testing best practices.
