Job Title: Senior Performance Test Engineer
Job Location: ITPL Whitefield - Bangalore
Required Experience: 4 - 8 years.
Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and analyze performance tests using JMeter.
- Monitor and assess system performance metrics, including CPU, memory, network, and I/O.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks in applications and databases.
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to optimize application performance.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for performance testing using Jenkins.
- Analyze logs and debug performance issues using Splunk.
- Maintain the version control using Git and Bitbucket.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in performance testing using JMeter.
- Strong understanding of HTTP/HTTPS protocols, REST APIs, and SOAP services.
- Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
- Knowledge of Kafka and performance testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD tools.
- Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and cloud-based performance testing.
- Proficiency in working with cloud components and Linux commands.
- Experience in at least one programming language, such as Python or Java.
- Familiarity with Git/Bitbucket for version control
