About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer with 10 years of experience in Network Management Services, responsible for overseeing and advancing the network architecture between the Service Provider and the Client. This position requires expertise in 24x7 monitoring, problem resolution and optimization of LAN, WAN and Unified Communications.

We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer with 10 years of experience in Network Management Services, responsible for overseeing and advancing the network architecture between the Service Provider and the Client. This position requires expertise in 24x7 monitoring, problem resolution and optimization of LAN, WAN and Unified Communications.
Requirements
- Experience in Routers, Switches, Firewalls such as Palo Alto Networks PA Series and Panorama, Load Balancers such as F5 BIG-IP, Wireless Access Points such as Aruba Instant.
- Familiarity with Network Monitoring Tools such as SolarWinds, FortiNAC Network Access and VPN Solutions.
- Competent in Bandwidth Management.
- Proficient in leading and troubleshooting complex network architectures.
- Advanced knowledge of network protocols and security measures.
- Experience with advanced network monitoring tools.
- Ability to work in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
- Experience in working with 3rd party vendors.
- Experience on and hands-on knowledge in Extreme Networking
- Familiarity with ITIL processes.
- Familiarity with Ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
- Relevant certifications in network technologies for example Cisco, Extreme Network, Palo Alto, F5, Aruba is preferred.
