As a result of continued growth, we are looking to add an experienced Senior Network Engineer to our team in Bangalore.

Responsible for providing top-level technical support of networking infrastructure.

Provide Tier2/3 support day to day operational incidents of SYSTAL clients. Utilizes good troubleshooting skills to quickly provide quality solutions for customer issues.

High Exposure to WIFI technologies for handling on AP , WLC and Client Authentication and performance issues with Different Hardware made ( Cisco , Meraki, Aironet )

Knowledge/experience working with LAN and WAN networks

Knowledge on MPLS, WAN, IP sec Phase 1,2 & 3, In-depth knowledge on DMVPN Technologies and Troubleshooting on Various scenarios

knowledge on SD-WAN (Viptela and Velo cloud or Silver peak )

experience with devices from various vendors (Cisco, F5, NetScaler, Checkpoint, HP etc.)

Exposure to Firewall and Latest CDO infrastructure.

LAN/WAN/Wireless LAN professional level

Level 4 and above support day to day operational incidents of SYSTAL clients. Utilizes good troubleshooting skills to quickly provide quality solutions for customer issues

Level 4 and above with exposure to WIFI technologies for handling on AP, WLC and Client Authentication and performance issues with Different Hardware made (Cisco , Meraki, Aironet )

Deep Level Understanding with reasoning and latest routing technologies with Hands On experience with live network devices.

Load balancing overview and principle understanding

Ability to search for and utilize automation ideas (scripting, programming, etc.), working experience

Ability to understand and troubleshoot firewall issues
