Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer cum Senior Manager to lead our development team and oversee key managerial responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in .NET development along with the ability to manage projects, teams, and operations effectively. This role requires technical leadership, project execution, and team management skills, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality software solutions while driving business growth

Key Responsibilities:1. Software Development & Technical Leadership

• Develop, design, and maintain scalable applications using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, SQL Server, etc.).
• Ensure best coding practices, high performance, and security standards in all development projects.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Stay up to date with the latest .NET technologies and trends.

2. Team & Project Management

• Lead a team of developers, analysts, and testers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct code reviews, mentoring sessions, and training for the team.
• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and execution as per the business goals.
• Implement Agile methodologies to ensure efficient project management.

3. Business & Strategy Management

• Collaborate with senior management to define and implement strategic goals for the organization.
• Work on business expansion plans, process improvements, and team development strategies.
• Ensure smooth communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients.

4. Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Interact with clients to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and manage expectations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality software solutions within deadlines.
• Conduct presentations and technical demonstrations for clients and internal teams.

5. Operations & Performance Monitoring

• Monitor the performance of software applications and suggest improvements.
• Optimize team performance and ensure operational efficiency.
• Implement process automation and system enhancements for better productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Web API, SQL Server).
• Strong understanding of software architecture, microservices, and cloud computing (Azure/AWS).
• Proven experience in team leadership, project management, and strategic planning.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js is a plus.
• Experience in managing development teams, client communication, and business strategy.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a Senior Developer, Team Lead, or Managerial role.
• Certification in .NET technologies, Agile, or Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.).
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,703.64 - ₹50,000.00 per month
