Senior .Net Developer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Lead to oversee and guide our development team in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in .NET Core, Entity Framework, Angular, and Azure Cloud, coupled with proven leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring successful project delivery.
Define project goals, timelines, and tasks while monitoring team performance.
Architect, design, and develop scalable and efficient .NET applications using .NET Core and Entity Framework.
Oversee front-end development with Angular, ensuring seamless integration with back-end services.
Utilize Azure Cloud services for application deployment, monitoring, and management.
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges to ensure optimal application performance.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.

Required Skills:

Expertise in .NET Core, Entity Framework, and Angular development.
Proficiency in Azure Cloud services, including deployment and application management.
Strong team management and leadership skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET Core, Entity Framework, Angular, and Azure Cloud.
Prior experience leading development teams is highly preferred.

Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days in-office at Noida per week).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹4,200,000.00 per year
