Adobe Firefly Gen AI Models and services group seeks a Firefly Services architect for generative AI pipelines.

We need a dedicated architect with expertise in services to support the creation, improvement, and deployment of model pipelines for Adobe's top products in various domains.

As a Firefly Service architect, you will join an outstanding team of ML and service engineers building the future of digital experiences. You will help set long-term technical strategy and work across multiple Adobe teams to architect the pipelines of the future foundation models at Adobe. You will make important architecture decisions.You will have the opportunity to develop novel ideas to advance the creative world through features in Adobe's products and reach millions of people worldwide!

What you'll do

This is a senior individual contributor position. Expectations will be on the below lines:

• Responsible for design and architecture of large-scale foundation model pipelines in Generative AI
• Work with all the collaborators, be responsible for all phases of engineering. From early specs, design/architecture, technology choice, development, unit-testing/integration automation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with architects, product management, Applied researchers and other engineering teams to build the services and product features
• Build technical specifications, prototypes and presentations to communicate your ideas.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship for junior team members
• Review and provide feedback on features, technology, architecture, designs and test strategies.
• Be well versed in emerging industry technologies and trends, and have the ability to communicate that knowledge to the team and use it to influence product direction
  
  

Requirements

• B.Tech / M.Tech degree in Computer Science from a premier institute
• 12+ years of relevant experience in software development
• 3+ years as a Lead/Architect
• Should have excellent computer science fundamentals and a good understanding of design, and performance of algorithms
• Excellent communication and technical leadership skills
• Experience in tech leading a large number of contributors on time-sensitive and business-critical projects
• Deep knowledge of cloud-native applications
• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Python, Distributed Services design
• Good Knowledge of some of Cosmos, Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, Solr, Elastic Search is an added advantage
• Proficient in writing code that is reliable, maintainable, secure, and performant
• Knowledge of AWS services and/or Azure, Dockers, Jenkins, Splunk
• Strong collaboration skills. Experience with working in a Matrix organization, driving alignment, drawing conclusions, and getting things done

• Exposure to the latest Generative AI technologies, such as GAN, diffusion, transformer models, LLMs.
• Exposure to pytorch/TensorFlow
