Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Lead React Developer with 7+ years of expertise to drive the development of dynamic web applications. As a Lead React Developer, you will lead a team of 5-7 developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient development processes. Your primary focus will be to build scalable, high-performance applications while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers.

- Lead the architecture and development of React-based web applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and user experience.
- Mentor and guide a team of 5-7 developers, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Deliver high-quality code with 90%+ unit test coverage and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain coding standards.
- Optimize web applications for speed and performance, achieving a load time improvement of at least 30%.
- Implement state management with Redux, or similar tools to ensure smooth data flow across complex applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver project requirements, ensuring successful completion on time and within budget (project deadlines met 95% of the time).
- Integrate APIs (RESTful) and third-party services to enhance functionality.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of delivering applications with optimal performance and user-centric design.
