A U.S.-based company advancing the future of Artificial Intelligence is looking for a skilled Front-End Developer to collaborate on innovative web-based AI solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to interact with AI models in multi-turn conversations to create target webpages with dynamic functionality. Candidates will apply deep technical knowledge, creativity, and critical analysis to evaluate and enhance AI-generated outputs, contributing directly to the next generation of AI-powered tools.

Job Responsibilities:

• Write high-quality prompts to guide AI models in generating accurate and functional webpage outputs.
• Evaluate AI model performance and provide rankings based on accuracy, usability, and design fidelity.
• Implement frontend functionalities using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when AI-generated code is incomplete or incorrect.
• Explain decisions and logic in a clear, structured format to support model improvement and team learning.
• Conduct peer code reviews and contribute thoughtful feedback to maintain code quality across the project.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product teams to iterate on output quality and web experience.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5+ years of experience working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in a production environment.
• Proficiency in frontend development principles, UI/UX patterns, and responsive design.
• Intermediate knowledge with Python.
• Strong critical thinking skills with knowledge of algorithms, system design, and coding best practices.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to clearly explain logic, provide technical documentation, and collaborate across teams.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
