Basic Requirements

• Unwavering AI-First Mindset: You instinctively leverage AI tools to generate and enhance code, not the other way around
• 4+ years of battle-tested experience in software development, with a focus on server-side web applications
• Proven track record in developing highly reliable B2B software applications that withstand the pressures of enterprise use
• Mastery of cloud-native development and serverless architectures, particularly within the AWS ecosystem
• Demonstrated proficiency with GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev) in professional settings

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
