Senior Java Developer/Lead

Overview

Location : Pune & Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using Spring Boot.
• Build and integrate RESTful and SOAP-based web services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless development and deployment of features.
• Write and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code, following best practices.
• Perform unit testing using JUnit and ensure code quality through rigorous testing.
• Use JIRA for tracking tasks and Bitbucket/GIT for version control.
• Manage application deployment and orchestration using Docker and Red Hat OpenShift PaaS.
• Automate build and deployment processes using Jenkins.
• Work on database design and development using SQL Server.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Spring Boot (must-have).
• Expertise in version control systems, especially Bitbucket/GIT (must-have).
• Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization (must-have).
• Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP web services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Experience with SQL Server for database management.
• Exposure to Red Hat OpenShift PaaS for cloud-based application deployment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of JIRA for agile project management.
• Solid understanding of automated testing with JUnit.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ?3,000.00 - ?5,000.00 per day
