Overview
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and PERL as primary and Python as secondary.
- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Work with networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, WebSockets, gRPC, etc. ) and telecom frameworks.
- Implement high-performance, scalable, and secure backend solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Frontend, and Network Engineers.
- Optimize data processing pipelines for high-volume telecom and networking data.
- Troubleshoot and debug system issues related to network performance and scalability.
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong proficiency in Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django, etc. ).
- Hands-on experience in Golang for microservices development.
- Experience in the Telecom/Networking domain, working with protocols like SIP, RTP, VoIP, MQTT, etc.
- Proficiency in database management (SQL and NoSQL) such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
- Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, MQTT, etc. ).
- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems, networking concepts, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience in working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with Network Automation (Ansible, Netconf, SNMP, etc. ).
- Knowledge of real-time data processing frameworks.
- Exposure to 5G, IoT, or SDN/NFV technologies.
- Experience with GraphQL and WebRTC.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Any relevant certifications in Networking, Python, Golang, or Cloud Technologies are a plus.
