About Role : Software Engineer

Brief Profile Snapshot

To design & Support IT- solutions for DGV. Working as part of IT team, the Software Engineer will work closely with the Senior Software Engineers and the Software Engineering Lead to develop and support robust and cost-effective solutions for both Business and IT.

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Roles and responsibilities:

• Design and Build Software programs
• Incident Management
• Publish and maintain high quality documentation
• Ensure that workarounds that are provided to service disruptions minimise business impact.
• Adhere to and practise Agile Methodology

Qualification:

• In a relevant field such as Computer Science, Computational Mathematics, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering.

Experience: 2-4 year’s work experience or knowledge of:

Key Technologies

? Core and Advance Java proficiency

? Experience on Java, Spring boot, REST API/DB/JMS is a must

? MySQL / NoSQL

? Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation , ES6 and the JavaScript object model

? Client-Server API development experience is a must

? Experience with Docker, machine learning, NoSQL, Block Chain are a plus

? Hibernate

? Apache Tomcat

? RESTful Web Services

? Microservices

? KAFKA

? GIT

? JENKINS

? Experience in developing real-time, multi-threaded applications

? Ability to write clean and optimized code

? Ability to design for scalability

? Excellent communication and analytical skills

? Cloud computing experience a plus

? Job holders must personally demonstrate accountability and responsibility.

? S/he must have prior experience with developing for major impact projects.

? Hands on development working in a very strong technical team.

? Self-learner and a strong team player
