Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications.
• Work with frameworks like Struts, JSP, and Spring Boot to build scalable and efficient solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver software solutions.
• Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure applications meet quality standards and adhere to best practices.

Mandatory Skills

• Proficiency in Java programming.
• Hands-on experience with Struts and JSP.
• Expertise in Spring Boot.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with database technologies like MySQL or Oracle.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Exposure to Agile methodologies.
