Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance e-commerce applications using Java and related technologies.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring best practices in software development.
• Architecture Design: Collaborate with the architecture team to design system architectures and integrate various components for optimal performance and scalability.
• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, and ensure adherence to coding standards through peer reviews.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Problem Solving: Analyze complex problems, identify bottlenecks, and propose effective solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into development processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Expertise:
• Strong proficiency in Java (JDK 8 and above).
• Experience with frameworks like Spring (Spring Boot, Spring MVC) and Hibernate.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular/React (optional but beneficial).
• Proficient in database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, Mysql, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience:
• Proven experience in developing and deploying e-commerce applications.
• Expertise in designing scalable, distributed systems.
• Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and automated testing frameworks.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
