• 5+ years of experience with Spring Boot / Spring Cloud and Micro services
• Strong experience with:
• Java 11/17
• Spring Boot / Spring Cloud
• Apache Kafka
• containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• AI/ML integration

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable microservices using Spring Boot
• Build robust error processing pipelines using Apache Kafka
• Integrate with Zendesk API for automated ticket management
• Implement AI-powered error classification and resolution
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews

Technical Skills Required

• Java 11/17
• Spring Boot 3.x
• Apache Kafka
• Docker & Kubernetes
• Maven/Gradle
• Junit / Mockito
• Git, Jenkins

AI/ML

• Experience with AI/ML frameworks
• Integration with AI services
• ML model deployment
• Natural Language Processing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong understanding of distributed systems
• Experience with high-throughput message processing
• Solid understanding of RESTful architecture
• Experience with agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Zendesk API integration
• Knowledge of error management systems
• Experience with AI/ML model integration
• Understanding of ITIL practices
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
