Profile: Senior Java Developer (Immediate Joiners)
Location: Immediate/1-2 Weeks Joiners Preferred
Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot, AWS, APIGEE, Drools (Preferred), API Observability & Security
Experience: 11-13 years

Are you a Lead Java Developer who thrives on ownership, problem-solving, and guiding teams?

We’re looking for an expert who can drive critical projects, integrate complex systems, and lead teams through evolving challenges. If this sounds like you, let’s talk!

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Own and drive end-to-end project implementation, design, and execution.
2. Analyze and integrate new system interfaces with existing APIs.
3. Work hands-on with Java, Spring Boot, AWS (ECS, Lambda, EKS), and APIGEE.
4. Maintain JIRA stories & technical documentation (10-15% of the time).
5. Guide and mentor junior developers, ensuring best coding practices.
6. Proactively identify risks, provide updates, and drive solutions.

What We’re Looking For:
1. Expert in Java & Spring Boot with deep API & cloud experience.
2. Hands-on expertise with AWS (ECS, Lambda, EKS), APIGEE & API security.
3. Strong ability to understand, reengineer, and improve existing codebases.
4. Ownership mindset – ability to lead, design, and work independently.
5. Experience with Drools is a plus but not mandatory.
6. Agile thinker who can adapt to evolving project needs and drive success.
