Position: Java Developer (BFSI Domain)
Experience: 5+ years
Loca+on: Mohali or Hybrid
Type: Full-time
Budget upto 15 LPA

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Java Developer within the BFSI domain.
• Strong expertise in Java programming language and related technologies, such as Spring Framework, Hibernate, and Java EE.
• Profound knowledge of BFSI industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure software solutions for financial applications.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality code on time and meeting project deadlines.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with microservices architecture and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and continuous deployment.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern front-end frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js).

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze technical requirements, design solutions, and develop high-quality Java applications within the BFSI domain.
• Utilize your in-depth understanding of BFSI processes, regulations, and best practices to architect and develop software solutions that cater to the unique needs of financial institutions.
• Write efficient, maintainable, and scalable code using Java technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues, optimizing application performance to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in the BFSI sector to propose innovative solutions and improvements. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure rigorous testing of software components, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.

Pay: ₹318,268.05 - ₹1,508,602.76 per year
