Roles And Responsibilities

- Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code.
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Java/JEE development.
- Proficiency in the Spring Framework.
- Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented design and common design patterns.
- Deep knowledge of Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction Management, etc.).
- Experience with Microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of multithreading, REST APIs, application servers, and open-source tools.
- Familiarity with standard software design and development practices.
- Experience working with containers such as OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Maven.
- Experience with Kafka.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills for analyzing and resolving complex issues.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Initiative and adaptability to different projects and changes.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Quick learning ability and a drive for continuous improvement.
