ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
With strong business growth for our Delhi location, we are now looking for someone to join our global team of IT support professionals as a IT Support Engineer. This role will be internal customer facing and will assist us in providing the highest quality of IT support services to our colleagues and SITA’s business partners in our Delhi office, sites across India and globally.
In this role, the IT support person will be responsible for all aspects of corporate IT services including device deployment and troubleshooting, system upgrades, asset management and technical intervention for fixes. Following our corporate standards and processes you will be a key part in providing the best possible user experience with our IT devices, infrastructure and applications.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide high quality local IT support to our colleagues in the Delhi office
- Provide remote IT support to SITA staff across India and the region
- Collaborate closely with other members of the team to provide assistance on active IT issues
- Support a mix of Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android devices
- Use cloud tools to manage the corporate IT estate in compliance with our IT and security policies and processes
- Support the IT elements of the onboarding and offboarding process for new staff
- Be responsible for asset management for end-user and infrastructure IT equipment
- Ensure the availability and reliability of our network infrastructure in the office
- Actively seek opportunities to optimize support process and the customer experience
- Participate in global IT projects and initiatives as needed
- At least 3 years experience in a customer facing IT support role
- Bachelors degree level qualification or similar IT qualification
- Excellent working knowledge of OS platforms such as Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android
- Good knowledge of application services such as Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent knowledge of networking concepts such as DHCP, DNS, subnetting
- Excellent diagnostic skills including hardware, software and network troubleshooting
- Good familiarity with computer hardware components including upgrades and repairs
- Strong administration skills including experience of CMDB tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Microsoft role based certification such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
- Prior experience with MDM tools such as Intune or Workspace One
- ITIL certified
