Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project performance using KPIs, track progress, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Foster strong client relationships, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable solutions.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT sector.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
