Senior IT Executive

Overview

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior IT Executive to manage and optimize our IT infrastructure and systems. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT services, supporting business applications, and leading technology initiatives to align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including network administration, system maintenance, and user support.
• Manage and support hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain IT security measures to safeguard company data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify IT needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an IT executive or senior IT role, preferably in a non-IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and security protocols.
• Proficiency in managing enterprise applications, databases, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and project management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
