Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to end users, both in-person and remotely.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install and configure computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to and resolve technical support tickets.
- Maintain and update knowledge of common issues, solutions, and procedures.
Key Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills for explaining technical issues to non-technical users.
- Familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Windows).
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., IP addressing, routers, switches).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requests.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
