Senior IT Engineer(Hardware)

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development: Design, develop, and test IT hardware systems, including servers, workstations, storage devices, network equipment, and peripherals.
• System Integration: Integrate hardware components with software solutions and network systems, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose hardware failures, identify root causes, and provide solutions. Handle repairs and replacements as necessary.
• Project Management: Manage hardware installation and upgrade projects, ensuring that they meet deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
• Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support for IT hardware systems and collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation for hardware configurations, installations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor hardware performance to identify and address potential issues proactively.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source components and manage hardware procurement.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure all hardware meets industry standards, security protocols, and compliance regulations.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support for their career development.
• Research & Innovation: Stay updated on emerging hardware technologies, tools, and industry trends to enhance the organization's hardware infrastructure.
• SAP B1 Data server Knowledge.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
