Location: Chennai / Permanent Role

CTC: 15 LPA to 18 LPA

Education: MCA / B. E / B. Tech

Experience: Minimum 15 + Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Establish coding standards and development methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps).

• · Implement code review processes and version control (e.g., Git branching strategy).
• · Ensure proper documentation and maintainable codebase.
• · Identify key software initiatives like digital transformation, AI/ML integration, or custom tool development.
• · Prioritize technology stack updates, refactoring legacy systems, and innovation.
• · Set clear objectives for delivery cycles, customer experience enhancements, and business alignment.
• Monitor security best practices (e.g., patching, access control, vulnerability scanning).
• Implementing Digital Data Protection and Data Privacy act

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
