About the team
We are currently utilizing SAP SuccessFactors and are seeking support specifically for the Employee Central (EC) module. In addition to EC, we have also activated other modules including Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals, and Succession & Development.
Your Tasks :
- Work closely together in a team of inhouse SuccessFactors consultants. Function as a SuccessFactors Analyst supporting the module Employee Central
- Support our end users on global level in our standard incident process and be a SuccessFactors IT contact in the region.
- Be responsible for further development of the HR IT SuccessFactors landscape with the design and implementation of new innovative SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Support SAP SuccessFactors projects by taking over work packages or leading sub work streams. Analyze, document and resolve system errors in Employee Central.
- Implement change requests from HR Centers of Excellence. Engage in proactive suggestions for optimization and apply creative thinking to solving problems. Resolve proactively system errors by monitoring the system processes closely
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, business administration with a focus on IT or human resources or comparable qualification
- Minimum 3-5 Years of Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HR management systems
- Experience in talent management is an advantage. Experience in project and process management.
- Independent, structured & solution-oriented way of working. Initiative and ability to work in a team.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
