Senior IT Administrator

Overview

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Administrator with 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, cloud technologies, and system administration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AWS, and an AWS certification (such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, or DevOps Engineer) would be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments (AWS).
• Deploy, configure, and monitor AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, and CloudFormation.
• Ensure system security, compliance, and best practices for cloud environments.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement upgrades and patches.
• Manage user access, authentication, and authorization for cloud and on-premises environments.
• Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Work closely with development, security, and IT support teams to optimize system performance.
• Automate IT processes using scripting languages.
• Document system configurations, processes, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT administration, with expertise in cloud technologies.
• Strong experience with AWS services and infrastructure management.
• AWS certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows servers.
• Knowledge of database administration (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server).
• Knowledge of networking concepts, firewalls, VPNs, and security protocols.
• Experience with automation and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in IT security, compliance, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
