We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Support Executive to join our dynamic team, specializing in API Integration, to help us continue to provide outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities1. iOS App Development & Maintenance

• Design, develop, and maintain iOS applications for iPhone and iPad using Swift and Objective-C.
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and smooth user experience.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly apps.
• Debug and fix issues to improve application stability and performance.

2. API Integration & Backend Communication

• Work with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries for seamless app functionality.
• Implement authentication, data synchronization, and push notifications.
• Integrate with backend services to retrieve and update data efficiently.

3. Code Optimization & Best Practices

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following iOS development best practices.
• Utilize MVVM, MVC, or other architectures to enhance app scalability.
• Optimize app performance, memory usage, and battery efficiency.

4. Testing & Deployment

• Conduct unit testing, UI testing, and automated tests to ensure app reliability.
• Deploy applications to the Apple App Store, ensuring compliance with Apple’s guidelines.
• Monitor crash reports and app performance metrics, providing necessary updates.

5. Collaboration & Agile Development

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and brainstorming sessions.
• Stay up to date with the latest iOS technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Key RequirementsTechnical Skills:

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

· 5 years of experience in iOS app development.

· Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C with a strong understanding of iOS frameworks like UIKit, CoreData, CoreAnimation, and CoreLocation.

· Experience in integrating RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, Firebase, and payment gateways.

· Familiarity with Xcode, Storyboards, Auto Layout, and Interface Builder.

· Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and app deployment processes. Experience with Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) and App Store submission process.

Soft Skills:

· Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

· Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

· Passion for mobile technology and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience in iOS development.

· Strong proficiency in Swift and Objective-C.

· Experience with UIKit, Core Data, and other iOS frameworks.

· Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.

· Knowledge of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.

· Proficient with version control systems (e.g., Git).
