Senior Full Stack .net developer

Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead – .NET, React & MVC with 5-7 years of relevant experience to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in .NET (Core/MVC), React.js, C#, Web API, and SQL Server and be available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and high-performance web applications.
• Guide and mentor the development team, ensuring best coding practices and architectural standards.
• Develop and maintain .NET (Core/MVC) applications, including RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Work on React.js to build and optimize front-end applications with reusable components.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize application performance and ensure security, scalability, and reliability.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and improve development workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across frontend and backend.
• Implement and maintain DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in software development with expertise in .NET (Core/MVC), C#, Web API, React.js.
• Strong hands-on experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, and React Hooks.
• Expertise in SQL Server, writing complex queries, stored procedures, and database optimization.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Entity Framework, LINQ, and performance tuning techniques.
• Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, Identity Server, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and mentor a development team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹796,598.45 - ₹2,083,769.52 per year
