Role Overview
We are looking for a talented JavaScript Fullstack Developer to join our growing team at EnactOn. As a Fullstack Developer, you will play a key role in both the development and operational phases of our projects. You’ll be involved in creating, refining, and maintaining web applications, designing scalable APIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing performance, and much more.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain Web Applications: Create and maintain web apps using Next.js, React, and Tailwind to ensure an excellent user experience and performance.
• Database Management: Manage relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and leverage ORM/database builders like TypeORM, Kysely, Prisma, etc.
• API Development: Build scalable APIs using Node.js with Express or Fastify.
• Cross-Collaboration: Work closely with front-end and back-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously enhance the application’s speed, scalability, and security.
• Version Control: Use Git for version control to manage code changes and collaborate efficiently.
• Web Security & Optimization: Implement security measures and optimization strategies to protect and improve application performance.
• Third-Party Integrations: Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance app functionality.
• Server-Side Rendering & SEO: Improve SEO and page load times through server-side rendering techniques.

Key Requirements

• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+)
• Expertise in Next.js, including familiarity with version upgrades and different rendering options
• Proficiency in TypeScript
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with ORM or database builders (TypeORM, Kysely, Prisma, etc.)
• Experience in standalone API development with Node.js and frameworks like Express or Fastify
• Skilled in API development, version control, web security, and performance optimization
• Experience with server-side rendering and its impact on SEO

Highly Desirable Skills

• Experience with open-source Admin CMS platforms (Admin.js, Strapi, Directus)
• End-to-end product development experience
• Familiarity with serverless applications and CI/CD pipelines
• UI/UX design skills using Tailwind CSS and animation libraries
• Exceptional problem-solving and architectural skills
• Experience with scalable applications handling large datasets or high traffic
• Familiarity with SaaS systems, e-commerce platforms, and multi-tenant applications
