Role & Responsibilities

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will:

• Ensure 100% uptime and flawless performance of all LMS platforms, AI-based portals, and websites, even under extreme user loads.
• Architect and develop scalable, high-performance applications using MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) and Python (Django/Flask).
• Optimize cloud infrastructure and implement auto-scaling, load balancing, and caching strategies to handle millions of users.
• Deploy and manage fault-tolerant architectures using AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor system health, detect anomalies, and prevent downtime using real-time analytics and DevOps tools.
• Develop AI-powered learning features and integrate them seamlessly into our platforms.
• Implement the highest security standards to protect data, prevent breaches, and mitigate risks.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts, diagnose performance bottlenecks, and resolve issues before they impact users.
• Use GitHub, Postman, and testing frameworks to maintain code quality and CI/CD best practices.
• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest AI, cloud, and DevOps advancements.
