Senior Full Stack Developer

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to lead the development and maintenance of our in-house software product, manage bug fixes, and drive innovation by introducing modern technologies and frameworks. This role also involves leading new web development projects and Microsoft 365 product development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Maintenance & Development:

• Lead the maintenance and enhancement of an in-house software product built on PHP and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Resolve bugs, improve performance, and ensure the product runs smoothly.
• Plan and execute the upgrade or migration of the software to modern technologies like MERN/MEAN Stack or other suitable frameworks for scalability and flexibility.

Web Development Projects:

• Develop, deploy, and manage new web development projects to meet evolving business requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design user-friendly, efficient, and secure applications.

Microsoft 365 Product Development:

• Design and develop customized solutions using Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Teams.

System Optimization:

• Ensure secure and optimized hosting of applications on local servers and explore cloud-based hosting solutions as required.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization for software and databases.

Technical Leadership:

• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all projects.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve existing systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, if applicable.

Qualifications & Skills:

Technical Expertise:

• Proven experience in PHP development and strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with modern frameworks like MERN Stack, MEAN Stack, or similar technologies.
• Proficiency in web development, including API integrations, responsive design, and UI/UX best practices.

Microsoft 365 Knowledge:

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Automate, is a significant advantage.

Problem Solving:

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills to handle complex development challenges.

Project Management:

• Experience in leading projects independently and delivering them within deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in a team-oriented environment.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt to evolving business needs.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
