Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with 4-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in both front-end and back-end development, with a strong preference for those with experience in WordPress development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing website architecture as well as building new features and functionalities. Maintain and manage existing WordPress sites.
• Expertise in building WordPress themes from scratch, plugins, custom post types, etc.
• Ensuring they are responsive and cross-browser compatible.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and PHP for back-end development.
• Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration, with experience in managing and maintaining AWS, WP Engine, and Cloudflare.
• Analyzing website performance and troubleshooting errors, ensuring high performance, and managing all the technical aspects of the CMS.
• Experience in Google AdSense and other advertising platforms.
• Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome Inspector, etc.
• At least 3+ years of experience working with eCommerce platforms, magazines, or news media websites.
• Ensure website security through updates, backups, and best practices.
• Optimize website performance and SEO for improved search rankings.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members.
• Contribute to a collaborative and innovative development environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in full-stack web development.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong expertise in back-end development using Node.js, PHP, Python, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress theme and plugin development.
• Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience with version control systems like Git/GitHub.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of security best practices and website optimization techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with WooCommerce, Elementor, or other WordPress builders.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles for web applications.
