Senior Full Stack Developer

Overview

Job Description:

As a Senior Full stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing scalable applications, building backend services, and delivering seamless front-end experiences. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior developers and influencing technical decisions to shape our development process.

Experience: 4+ years

Qualification: BE/BTech in Computer Science / IT or equivalent

Job Location: Raipur (on-site)

Compensation: No bar for suitable candidates

Roles and Responsibilities:

Development & Technical Leadership

• Write clean, scalable code that sets a high standard for the team.
• Mentor junior developers and help improve their coding practices.
• Design, develop, and test core APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to build functional and responsive front-end components.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services into applications.

Deployment & Maintenance

• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, cloud servers).
• Troubleshoot and resolve system performance bottlenecks and bugs.

Best Practices & Standards

• Ensure adherence to coding best practices, version control, and agile workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with Node.js, React.js, React Native, and PHP (Yii2, CodeIgniter).
• Strong experience with MySQL, MongoDB, and query optimization.
• Proficiency with version control systems (GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and building RESTful APIs.
